My plein air painting, Wayzata Corner, earned 2nd place during Wayzata Art Experience's Wet Paint competition 2015, how exciting! The judges were art director Vicki Hovde and Scott Lloyd Anderson, a painter I have long admired; I listened intently to his summary critique, a new perspective can be gained throwing yourself into these challenges.
